Delete your SARFA account

You can delete your SARFA (صرفة, formerly My Life OS) account in the app, or request deletion by email.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email support@mlyos.com from the email address linked to your SARFA account.
  2. Use the subject "SARFA account deletion".
  3. Include your account email. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, card or bank details.
  4. Our support team may contact you to verify that you own the account, then confirms the request and expected timing by email.

This opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request.

Delete in the app

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Account.
  • Android: use the account deletion option in the app's privacy settings.
  • You may be asked to sign in again before deletion.

What is requested to be removed

  • Your SARFA account and sign-in record.
  • Account-linked operational information held by MLYOS and its service providers.
  • Support correspondence, except where we must keep a record of the request.
  • SARFA data on the device where you delete from the app.

What deletion does not cover

  • Finance records and notes on other devices: delete the app data there.
  • Exports you created and local recovery copies: remove them yourself.
  • Device backups made by iCloud or Google: managed in your platform settings.
  • Limited records we must keep for security, disputes or legal reasons; support will tell you which and why.

Guest account or lost access to your email

Contact support@mlyos.com from any email address. Tell us your device platform (iOS or Android), app version if known, and any account reference you have. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or financial details. Support can only act on data held by MLYOS or its service providers; data stored only on your device must be removed on that device.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your app store account. You can request deletion at any time, including while a subscription is active.
