Scope and available information
This policy concerns AHMED AI by MLYOS, not other MLYOS products. The web practices described below are supported by the current website implementation. Separate iOS and Android app implementations and the external AHMED AI service have not been verified for this notice. Where their practices are unknown, this policy states that limitation rather than applying web behavior to mobile apps.
Who we are
AHMED AI is an AI assistant by MLYOS. The official support and privacy contact is support@mlyos.com. The registered legal operator's full name and jurisdiction are not specified in this notice; contact support for that information.
Information we process
Web chat: the message you submit and your signed-in user identifier, or a random browser identifier for guests, are sent to the AHMED AI service to request a reply. The website displays the returned reply.
Signed-in web history: saved conversations include a title, messages, account identifier and timestamps.
Browser storage: a random guest identifier is stored locally when browser storage is available. It may persist beyond a single visit; it is not a guarantee of anonymous or unlinked processing. Sign-in uses browser session storage mechanisms.
Deletion requests: the website form collects your name, account email, confirmation of that email, optional user identifier, request details and confirmation that you own the account. The request is saved for the support team.
The AHMED AI service's additional account information, technical logs and mobile data collection are not fully documented here. Do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in chat or request details.
Chat history
Signed-in web users: conversations are stored on the website's server and access to these saved rows is restricted to the account that owns them.
Web guests: the website keeps conversation history in the open page's memory and does not save it as account history. Messages are still sent to the AHMED AI service; this does not mean the service or its providers retain no copy.
iOS and Android: whether each V1 app stores chats on the device, on a server, or both, and how signed-in and guest history differ, has not been verified. Web storage statements above must not be treated as mobile storage statements.
AI processing
The website transfers your submitted message and user identifier to the AHMED AI service to generate a reply. External AI model and hosting providers may be involved in that processing. Their actual identities, any onward transfer of identifiers, data retention, use for model training and processing countries have not been verified for this notice. No specific provider or claim of zero retention, no training or UAE-only processing is made. Cross-border processing cannot be ruled out on the available information. Contact support before submitting information for which provider identity or processing location matters to you.
Voice input
The web V1 interface uses browser speech recognition for dictation when supported and microphone access is allowed. The recognized text can be submitted as a chat message and is then handled like other messages. The web interface does not implement audio recording or audio-file upload to AHMED AI. Browser or operating-system speech services may process audio under their own policies; their storage practices are not verified here. Read-aloud uses browser speech synthesis. These features are not live voice calls.
Microphone access can be denied or revoked using browser or device settings. The iOS and Android V1 microphone, speech processing and temporary transcription handling have not been verified; no claim is made that mobile audio stays on-device or is never stored.
Files and images
File and image uploads are disabled in the current web V1 chat. The web chat does not provide camera, photo-library or file-upload access. Whether any such capability or permission is implemented in the iOS or Android V1 apps has not been verified. This policy does not describe planned V2 capabilities as available features.
How we use information
To request and display AI replies.
To save and retrieve signed-in web conversations.
To receive and review support and deletion requests.
These are the uses established by the website. Additional AHMED AI service and provider uses, including any advertising, sale, analytics or training use, have not been verified; this notice does not promise their absence.
Retention and deletion
On the web, deleting an individual conversation removes it from the current interface and requests deletion of its saved website history when you are signed in. This action does not verify deletion of copies held by the external AHMED AI service or providers.
To request account deletion, use the linked request page at https://mlyos.com/ahmed-ai/delete-account or email support@mlyos.com with the subject “AHMED AI Account Deletion Request”. Use the account email and include your user identifier if available. The team reviews the request, verifies ownership and handles deletion manually; submitting the form does not automatically delete an account. Email is the alternative if the form fails.
The requested scope includes the account and identifiers, chats, settings, uploads, voice recordings, temporary transcriptions and associated sessions wherever those records are held and linked to you. This scope does not imply uploads or recorded voice exist in V1. Ask support to confirm which records were located and deleted, including any copies held by service providers.
Availability of in-app account deletion in iOS or Android has not been verified. This notice does not claim that an in-app deletion control is live.
No verified fixed retention schedule or deletion completion deadline is available for the external service, mobile apps, logs, support requests or backups. Retention needs depend on the record's purpose, whether it is still needed to provide the service or handle your request, and any specific applicable legal obligation; these criteria are not a verified retention schedule. Ask support for the periods that apply to your records. Backup expiry and deletion procedures have not been verified, so immediate removal from backups is not promised.
Any exception to a deletion request should identify the specific records, applicable legal obligation and limited period involved. This notice does not establish a general legal-retention exception or a verified retention programme. Ask support to document any records not deleted and the reason.
Your rights
Contact support@mlyos.com to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal data, or to raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, rights under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data are subject to that law's scope, conditions and exceptions and any other applicable data-protection law. This notice does not guarantee that every right or legal regime applies in every case. Identity verification may be needed to handle a request.
Security
The website is configured to send production chat requests over HTTPS. Access rules restrict saved website conversations to their owning account. These verified measures do not establish encryption at rest, the external service's password hashing or its wider security controls. Working password-reset email delivery and the external service's reset-token expiry and single-use behavior have not been verified and are not promised here. No system can guarantee complete security.
Children
The minimum age and enforcement of age restrictions in the iOS, Android and web products have not been verified for this notice. It makes no claim that age screening is implemented or that data from children under 13 cannot be collected. A parent or guardian concerned about a child's information can contact support@mlyos.com to request review and deletion.
Changes
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
This notice does not certify Apple App Privacy or Google Play Data Safety declarations. Those declarations must reflect the actual released app and its service providers, including data collected, linked to users, shared or used for tracking.
