Delete your AHMED AI account
This page lets you request deletion of your AHMED AI account and the data associated with it. AHMED AI is an app developed by MLYOS.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below, or email support@mlyos.com with the subject “AHMED AI Account Deletion Request”.
- Use the email address linked to your AHMED AI account. Include your AHMED AI user ID if you have it.
- Our team will contact you at that email address to verify that you own the account. We cannot delete an account until ownership is verified.
- After verification, the deletion is processed by the AHMED AI service team. Deletion is not automatic; it is reviewed and handled by our team, and we will confirm by email when it is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Your AHMED AI account and profile identifiers.
- Your AHMED AI conversation history and messages.
- Settings and preferences stored with your account.
Data that may be retained
Some limited records may be kept where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes — for example, a record of your deletion request itself. Such records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes. Retention periods will be confirmed to you by support where applicable.
Deleting from inside the app
This website request is available to everyone. Availability of an in-app deletion option depends on your version of the AHMED AI app.
